I support clients from diverse backgrounds to discover strengths to cope with challenges in their lives and develop self-compassion.

I have a diverse career background that has provided me with a unique perspective from working with a wide variety of clients. While employed with the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General I engaged in intake services, risk assessments, counselling, workshop facilitation, and employee training. I also liaised with important stakeholders, community members and partners involved in the Criminal Justice System.
