I have a diverse career background that has provided me with a unique perspective from working with a wide variety of clients. While employed with the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General I engaged in intake services, risk assessments, counselling, workshop facilitation, and employee training. I also liaised with important stakeholders, community members and partners involved in the Criminal Justice System.

My current private sector work also includes Corporate Wellness Coaching Services, where I provide counselling, mentoring, leadership and skills development to employees in the workplace.

Utilizing my education, ongoing training and previous experience, I support individuals and couples who are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, anger management, stress, addiction, communication challenges and life skills.

My approach and style are warm, attentive and attuned to the person in front of me.  My philosophy is that we are two humans in a room, sharing and working through life experiences and challenges together. I believe in creating a safe space for clients which will help foster exploration of specific needs and concerns.
